"There is a New America every morning when we wake up. It is upon us whether we will it or not."Every now and again, not often but just once in a while, apathy and animus cede their perverse prominence to the unbridled passion of a people no longer willing to wear the yoke of oligarchical repression.
-Adlai E. Stevenson Jr.

Whew, it took me a couple of trips to Webster's to decipher what you were trying to say. Very nicely written.
