Google is in the dictionary. It seems that in this day and age, anything can make it into the modern lexicon.
In that vein, might I humbly suggest that we give serious consideration to adding a few more.

1-A compulsive liar and grandstanding buffoon, unable to stop talking long enough to realize that no one believes their crap.
2-A charlatan or swindler who will talk about the big game but will reveal an undisclosed injury just prior to it.

Etymology: [Old English flaccid from Old French dildo]
pronunciation: (Ass-munch)
Function: transitive verb
1-To eschew desperately needed assistance while maintaining an ineffectual and impotent title.
2-To filibuster progressive ideas in order to...what?
Synonyms: flatus, ass bag
