I heard to save money the NBA teams are going to forgo the chartered jets take the Taggart Transcontinental line on road games. The Nuggets are especially keen to test the Rearden Metal railed Rio Norte Line between Denver and Phoenix.

I think the majors (other than the NFL) are hurting...the economic downturn happened after season tickets, suite reservations were due and paid for. I'm guessing there will be a lot of dark suites and empty seats come next year in the NBA, NHL and MLB...what a year for the Mets and Yanks to be opening up new Taj Mahals...
